CLEARANCE RACKS

Posted by on | |
I love to get great deals - I mean I really love to get great deals. If you tell me you love my shoes, my first response will probably be "Thanks! I got them for $7!" When I walk into a store, I immediately walk toward the back and search the clearance racks. I've heard people tell me that they don't like going into T.J. Maxx or Ross's because they feel claustrophobic and disoriented from all the chaos of the clothes. Those two places are my heaven(s) on earth! The other day, one of the manager's of D.I. came up to me and said, "Gosh, you're sure in here a lot - are you looking for something in particular that I can keep my eye out for?" I just smiled. I love to find old vintage things at thrift stores and refinish them. I'm pretty picky, so most times I walk out empty handed, but it's all in the thrill of the hunt. I used to be an eBay addict in high school. I've been pretty clean for a couple of years (minus a few deals here and there). I've discovered some different websites lately that have "deals of the day" that I would feel almost selfish if I didn't share them with you. Sometimes the things they sell on there are so random, it's really entertaining. But I have found some amazing deals. You have to check them every day or you might miss something you really didn't know you needed! :) Happy shopping! P.S. eBay daily deals ship for free!

Julie - we'll have to get together sometime and go thrifting (even if it is in Twin)! It's one of my favorite things to do, too!!! Looks like you guys had a beautiful time on your vacation. Great pics!

Bargain shopping must come with the name. Seriously the most thrilling thing in the world, isn't it?! K, holy crap, I was at DI 2 days ago and I found a dress from target (with the tags still on it for $27.99, I might add) for only 6 dollars! I got at least 10 compliments on it yesterday at church. Sometimes I just want to wear a sign that says "I got this for 6 dollars!" so people can bask in the joy of a bargain along with me!
Thanks for the links! I have never heard of Kids Woot...I've got to check it out!
